Valentina holds a master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padua as well as a PhD in Bioengineering from the same university.

Her background ranges from electronics, mechatronics, biomedical technologies, software and telecommunications, as well as mechanics and chemistry. 

In January 2007, Valentina started working in the world of intellectual property, in one of the largest firms in the Verona area, and has been working with IP Sextant since February 2018.

Valentina has experience in the construction and management of IP portfolios, valuation of IP assets, and IP litigation counseling. She works as a CTU (court-appointed expert) in intellectual property litigation, especially patent litigation and also regularly works as a CTP (Party Technical expert).

She has been a tutor at the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) since 2018.

Valentina is a speaker in seminars and conferences, at law firms and companies in Italy and abroad. Valentina is fluent in English. In her spare time, Valentina enjoys traveling, taking long walks with her dog, supporting her children as they grow up, and reading books in the original language.
