Inauguration of the Milan section of the Unified Patent Court.

The inauguration ceremony was held in the Aula Magna of the Palace of Justice in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani. 
On the occasion of the inauguration, the Milan Technical Table for the Unitary Patent, of which the Council of the Order of Industrial Property Consultants is a member, organised an event entitled "Milan 2024: the Unified Patent Court and the Italian system".

Eng. A. Scilletta, as a judge of the UPC, took part in the event as a speaker.
